    If Anyone Has Any idea what This is, and what It's Used for Please Help me Solve The Mystery!! Father was in Construction so I Imagineis some sort of tool.

      I can't see the dies clear and close but it looks like a thread cutter for different diameter pipe.

      Pipe Fuser! Doesn't cut threads. the attachments hold plastic pipes in place.
