This little glass perfume is only 3-1/2" (8.9cm) tall, but is very finely enameled. I added a Pelargonium flower to the picture for scale to show how tiny it is! My pictures don't show it well, but each leaf, vein and petal are highlighted in gold. It is very UV reactive - one of the most reactive pieces in my entire collection, actually! It seems to glow even in normal daylight, and is a brilliant green under UV, so it obviously has a high uranium content. It is marked on the bottom in the typical Riedel numbering system; I believe this would have had a cork stopper at one time.

Thank you, sklo! It is like a little jewel, and I just put it up in my bedroom on a small shelf where I keep my little 'special' pieces. :)

Hi Ivonne, sure! Riedel numbered their pieces in a similar way to Harrach, but they often used the letters C, U B and I think maybe E in front of their numbers; the numbers were also often three digits, from what I have seen, and Harrachs tend to be four digits... Here is an example of Phil's with similar numbering: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/search.php?q=riedel+vase&show=stories Also, Alisa's site has quite a few numbered Riedel that you can look at for more reference: http://www.thegildedcurio.com/tag-Riedel.html

Yes, I have some of those, too. I think they must have worn off due to age...

I have a secret love for Riedel pieces, the illustrations and enamelling are exquisite. This is a very fine piece Michelle - and by coincidence I just grabbed myself a Riedel today, first time for a long while. I'll post early next week.
