Love the old building, and you can never beat the old toys...:-)
HOW COOL Vynil33rpm -- the PULLMAN HOTEL was in Hot Springs, Arkansas, nearly "local" to me ifn's I'd have been here then?! (though if I woulda been here then, I'd probably also be 'pushing daises' now instead of commenting about the fun postcard, but nevermind that... <lol>)
For the record (and without researching) I'm 99% sure that particular building is now long gone from downtown Hot Springs as well as (at least the round 'turret' from) the one across the street from it on the RH side of that view, but it remains entirely possible that some of the other buildings shown in the background are still standing. In more recent years, Hot Springs (National Park) has been enjoying somewhat of a resurgence as a 'tourist destination' (which has always been a keystone of its existence in the first place throughout its entire history -- Al Capone (yes, *that* Al Capone) is well documented as being a frequent 'tourist' there back in *his* heyday...whether or not he actually ever stayed at the Pullman isn't for me to know either.
WOW WOW WOW keramikos -- what FUN further info you dug up!!! <applause> I LOVE that old US RxR Admin brochure in particular -- what a nifty glimpse into what Hot Springs *was* back then, which I've never seen before. :-) :-) I haven't read it closely yet, but for the record "Bathhouse Row" as described/pictured in that booklet (the horse racing track, too...) STILL DOES exist to this day (and doesn't actually look all that much different?!!) though likely not much of any other buildings or etc pictured there. Here's another good link to more current (than you ever wanted to know?) info about Hot Springs:

It IS a way fun little town to visit for any of y'all who ever might be in the area, also just as picturesque of a place as seen in the old pics. "Quirky" and "Offbeat" are two more adjectives which are entirely appropriate. ;-) :-) Abundant history available there for the asking, only half an hour offa I-30...?? ;-) :-)
It’s the Cars (Czars) at the Pullem
