The name of this firm is usually abbreviated to simply "PK" or "Pallme-Koenig" by collectors. The original company was founded in 1786 by Ignaz Pallme-König in Steinschonau (Kamenicky Šenov). In 1889, it was merged with the Elisabethhütte in Kosten near Teplitz, which was then run by Wilmelm Habel. They were well known for their production of iridescent vessels usually wrapped with applied glass threads.

This particular decor is one I have been looking for almost since I started collecting. The ground is salmon-red with white-opal uranium glass overlay, which has been embedded with vertical salmon-red threads, blue frit, and splotches of green veined with red that are drawn from both top and bottom. This example is 12.5" tall, and I love how the length is used to dramatically stretch the elements in the decor into sweeping art nouveau curves.

Warren - see also an example of this decor (nicknamed 'Harlequin') that I posted recently:
      https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/256368-pallme-koenig-harlequin?in=user
On mine the lime-green 'Leaf Pods' (as I call them) are all on the top third of the vase.

In my opinion, one of the most beautiful Pallme Koenig Decor.
For comparison, another "Halequin - var.": http://www.bohemianglass.org/katalog/misa-vaza-harlequin-var-3616/detail/

Thank you both for those additional examples. I agree that for PK, it doesn't get much better than this decor, and there are plenty of great ones that they executed!

That's a beauty Warren. You almost have to see that decor in person to really appreciate all that's going on. Congrats!
