It is possible that this Elf is a knock off of the Rushton elf as it is not marked Rushton and has Hing Kong tag. But it does have the high quality of the Rushton dolls such as the rubber hands. The knock offs tend to have cloth hands. If it is a knock off it is a very good knock off.
The doll is about 20" tall. He is missing the bell that goes on the end of his hat and has a bit of fading but I have made him my head elf. Santas are easy to find but elves not so much. In the last photo he is posing with my other Santa dolls. Got one more Santa doll to post and this one is a marked Rushton. Possibly the king of the Rushton Santas.
My mother had some kind of elf doll in the Christmas decorations. I can't remember much about it, had to be 50's or 60's vintage. I love your Christmas shares, 'tis the season after all.
Wow - you have a whole army of santa dolls. I hope they don't fight with the gnomes.
Thank you very much Toyrebel. Glad you like them as there is more to come.
Thank you very much elanski. There are in league and terrorize the neighbors.
Thank you very much Thomas. Santas and the elves will get to it
