These are in a less common décor but a more common shape (of the four) for Welz mini hexagonal vases. The décor is called Harlequin Spatter which is spatter sandwiched between a pretty turquoise and a clear outer casing. This version of the décor is different from another I have in that over the small scale spatter there are large 'splats' of oxblood. See the link below for the other one.
