Famille Rose Porcelain Buddha on Wood Stand - 1940s-60s - excellent quality. Republic?

Here's another piece i found in the trash of the old Buddhist temple in my neighborhood. I can' t believe this was thrown away! There are two marks on the base - both numbers in European script, so maybe this isn't a Chinese piece. i don't think it's very old, but it's very nice.
