"Vintage" Copy of~ " The Declaration of Independence " July 4 1776 (Mystery!!!)
I have a Vintage copy of "The Declaration of Independence" Dated: July 4 1776 with all signatures on it. The Paper is Very Old, but the piece is in "Very Good Shape".
There Is A Stamped Authentic Trade Mark on the Bottom Left Corner
which states:
Allied Printing Company
Trades Council Union Label Rogersville
The R & G are a little messed up, when I looked up the company,
I found out that, this was done on purpose so it would be more difficult to produce a copy that looked original.
1. I CANNOT FOUND OUT ANY OTHER INFO ON THIS.
2. I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO KNOW ANY INFO ANYONE MAY HAVE ABOUT THIS.
3. IS THIS AN ORIGINAL PIECE?
4. WHAT WOULD BE THE APPROXIMATE VALUE ON SOMETHING LIKE THIS? or JUST ANY OTHER INFO ANYONE MAY KNOW ABOUT THIS?
I hope there's away that you can enlarge the photo's to see the real quality of them.
BUT, I Surely Enjoy Owing This Piece.
Any and ALL Information Would Be Greatly Appreciated. I absolutely (Love) Vintage, Old , Antiques, but, documents are not my passion.
Please, If you are knowledgeable in this kind of item, I would greatly appreciate as much information that you know about this, or possibly direct me to some other sites to find information on this !!
Thank-You So Much !!
