MILLER LITE BEER 'illuminated chalkboard' sign

A recent Re-Store score, this sign measures roughly 1.5' x 2' overall. The LITE beer bottle graphic and GREAT TASTE logo at its bottom are static panels, its upper part serves as a backlit 'dry-erase' board to carry any message (daily specials, etc) that one would want to put on it. I'm not sure I got the right kind of thing to write on it with, its instructions on the back call for using what I thought was a commonly known thing called a 'grease pencil' (aka 'China marker') but the dude at the OfficeSupplyBigBox looked at me all funny when I asked him where they were...I ended up getting a little box of "dry erase crayons" from a craft store that are supposed to be "neon colors". (and I'm not impressed at all with said colors, but oh well...I'll keep looking...)

I don't suppose its more than a couple decades old (if that) since it is illuminated with a fluorescent bulb, but I don't find any actual manufacture date on it anywhere.
