(1 item)
My family has been lugging this dresser around since around 1980. It was in the garage when we moved into our house at the time. I have no clue what era it is or if it has any value. My intention is to restore/paint/do something to it so that it will have a purpose besides sitting in my shed. Can anyone give me an idea of how old it might be or any info? I know nothing about furniture. Thanks!
Looks to be from the 2nd quarter, 20th century.
Not a big ticket item, so have at it and USE IT.

Thank you so much for the quick response!
I don't beleive in painting over it!!! cheap fix!! To restore use 1/3 mineral oil 1/3 turpentine and 1/3 white vineger. mix together and wipe it on and wipe it down. won't do anything for the missing veneer but will restore the dryed out wood veneer and look good and will smell great in my opinion. try it
I've seen positive results from various oil/ vinegar mixtures but as stated above it doesn't address the spots of missing veneer.
The revived wood will accentuate the missing veneer.
I am usually not a fan of painting, but paint will cover/ hide most of the issues.
Let us know how you proceed and post a finished photo when you are done.
