Elastrator for castrating, it puts an elastic band around the animals testacles (b__ls) to cut off blood supply til it dries up and falls off!!
This tool gives me the willies!! Blunderbuss2!!! I thought you would get a kick out of this one!! Hopefully not in that place!!!!
Does it still work? It doesn't surprise me that BB2 suggested it either. The ones with the Vienna Boy's Choir markings are very collectable.

I have also used one similar to this for stretching the teat over a feeding bottle for feeding "hansies" (orphan lambs)
The feeding bottles were actually re-cycled plastic mineral water bottles so not designed to take a feeding teat which is a tight fit on them.
I remember doing this to sheep in high school agriculture class, and hoped to never encounter one again. I am wincing here (and I'm female...)

Lol.........Parents had one on the farm for the Sheep and the Calves. I was about 10 years old. I wanted to be a Vet back then.....LOL. Saw it used plenty of times, but yeah OUCH
