I have this lamp and I wish I knew who created it and any information about it at all!

Hey Bean777, it looks like it might be Murano Glass to me, here's a link to a Pinterest site that has a lot of examples:

Some of them have parts to them that look like your Lamp, it might be a good start point! :^)
