This is a special combination of 3 decors - Tricolor, Diaspora and Chiné. I think it's Loetz's production around 1900. Dimensions: 9.5 x 16.5 cm.
    -----
Added: PN II-2055 or PN II-1506 eventually PN II-1052 (size ?)
    -----
Added on January 27 on the basis of the findings Deb P .: PN II- 2/276 - The paper pattern is missing but in all of the published archival resources this is the only PN that mentions a Tri-Color Chine being produced. The archive documents to this PN include, among others: 1 Coupe Tricolor Perlchiné - Ludwig Fränkel, Berlin, 23.8.1902, 1 Schale grün Orbulin - Boudon & Klähr, Paris

For a long time I could not find the corresponding PN. From my PGM photos from 2012, I found the same shapes in Metalgelb Cytisus and Creta Ciselé. But today I found Paper Patern on CW Warren's post from 2012. This is PN-2055, around 1905. See:

Are the dimensions not similar, Warren's are in inches 4 x 6, yours are in cm 9.5 x 16.5

It is true. The shape is the same, but the size is different. For PN-2055, the height is about 82 mm in the description. However, I believe that the shape was made in several sizes (as in many other cases). Sorry, I'm not able to determine the size of my PGM photos. 2 photos with Metalgelb Cytisus and Creta Ciselé I added to the description on my site:

Dr. Jitka Lnenickova, in the introduction to her book, states: "They are a natural leeway between the measurements of patterns and actual items ranging from one to ten millimeters."

So, between my photos from PGM, I found also Creta Diaspora of the same shape. (added to my site)
Obviously, this is not an unusual shape. In addition to the PN II-2055 (ca 82 mm, 1905) I still found PN II-1506 (ca 125 mm, 1904) and probably also PN II-1052 (ca 83 mm, 1904). However, none of these PNs include either the Diaspora, Cytisus or Ciselé. However, this does not mean that these decors have not been implemented in these PN.

Deb, thank you very much for helping to identify PN of this bowl.
