This catalog is an exact replica of the original. It was given to my daddy in 1969 as a birthday present by his best friend. Daddy was born in 1908, and I finish high school in 1969. Fifty years ago.

Things surely have changed. It makes a good reference guide. I remember shopping the Sears, Roebuck in down town Hattiesburg, MS.

I also was a 1969 high school graduate and remember the Sears catalogue and stores well.
The store in our town had a candy counter which sold warm cashew nuts, SO delicious! And the best chocolate covered peanuts!

Watchsearcher, my daddy would head straight to the cashew nuts when we went to Sears and get him a bag. They smelled so good, but I do not remember ever getting a bag.
