I purchased this hat and I am attempting to do some research on it. I feel that it is very likely something special. This is a vintage 50s/60s Playboy Doorman/Conductor hat produced by Marcus Ruben. The company was based in Chicago in the same days of when Playboy started up, also in Chicago. They produced various uniforms and other such things for many different businesses. Would any of you guys happen to know any further details on this piece or at least any history on the maker? Thanks in advance!
