Hi all - I have managed to find out that the marks on this silver ring are Russian. Not a clue about the mark on the left: two dots, a 3 (?) and what looks like a strange anchor. There is also an upside down lower case "v" in the other stamp. I found: Regional letter of assay: Tbilisi, Georgia Russia 1927-1946. Is that correct? The ring looks Art Deco to me. TYVM for any information.

Agree with you, Nice Art Deco style on this ring.
Great find.

Nice Ring Bonnie, and happy to see you post again! :^)
Hi All! I'm baaaaaaack.....
The stamps are the hallmark and or makers mark and 925 sterling. I would question them all. Did you polish it or was it like that?
Did you find out more details on the marks on this ring. I have a a silver charm that has similar marks -mine has the : 7 (and the upside down anchor) - I can't figure out the mark before the 925 yet.
britinpa - no, only what you see above in my narrative. You will have to post your item and a clear photo of the marks before anyone can tell you anything about it.
lugnuts - no did not polish it. That is the original patina.
It's sure a good looking ring.
