Not sure what I have here. Bought at an auction with a group of cut cobalt blue glass. If someone has any idea of a circa date and/or where it’s from or who manufactured it, would be appreciated. It’s 5 1/2” wide by 2” high with four cuts in the top for cigarettes. The top opening is 3 1/4” wide. I searched and couldn’t find anything like it.
