A great society sign for an organization that still exists. The Soroptomists are Women's Groups formed in the 20's that do good

The Soroptomists are a women's society formed in the 1920's to take on ppojects and do good work. They still exist today. I am looking for more info on dating this piece. I know it is prior to 1973 as they dropped the "association" portion of the name. I am thinking more 40's to 50's. The figure of the women is all made from dots and the rest is not the same.
