Rolex the perfect cigarette maker

I cannot seem to find any information regarding this item. I found a small sorta version of this item. It was a Rolex but it was green and about half the size.

Distributed by Prospect sales Company 140 Summit St., Toledo, OH

There are operating instructions inside the box.
On the reverse side of the directions there’s no copy, it’s blank

I mean assuming it’s the same as the Rolex Watch brand but it would be interesting to know more about it.
