Maybe this is the decor of Marey Beckert-Schider (?). PN III-1116/2, approx. 1920. Dimensions: 11.8 x 12.5 cm.
At the bottom numerical designation: 4102/95. Maybe this is the previous collector's serial number (???).

Yes, it is perhaps the decor designation. I realized that I still have 2 tango vases in the collection that have similar markings (8238 and 20/4968). see:
