Early Pink Loetz Phänomen Genre 377

This unusual pink PG 377 stands 6.5" tall. Typically the entire body is covered in the lava type decoration. On this example we see the pink ground allowed to show thru on the top. This allows for the bright iridescence on the bottom to show off its contrast. It has a great form, sort of a "tied bag shape". Still searching out its production number. One of my favorite decors, most often found in green and blue ground. Its rim is fire polished and the pontil is factory ground and polished.
