Czech spatter glass vase with applied cobalt "snake"

I found my first one of these vases 30 years ago...had no idea what it was at the time, but I knew I liked it. The fact it cost me $1 made it even more likeable...
This one I picked up today for not much more.
Made from clear glass with spatter in light blue & white, it measures 21.5 cm tall. There is an applied cobalt blue "snake" wrapped around the neck. Sits on four integrally moulded feet.
Czech origin & from the 1920s - 1930s era.
