LARGE Loetz PG 1/473 lamp shade in creta

OMG! I cannot believe this lampshade!

It is a huge Loetz PG 1/473 in creta. It has a 5" fitter rim so was probably made for a gas light. I cannot find the shape name, but it is 9" wide by 5.5" tall, has 10 ruffles and 4 diagonal indentations on the side. The iridescence is astoundingly beautiful!

I show it resting carefully on a bronze base that just arrived. It does not have the correct fitter size to attach, but this lamp is a work in progress that will need new wiring. Love the acorn pull chain! I was not intending to put this shade on this base, but I think they look pretty good together.
