Gudrun I love the purple and green too, I really don't know why there isn't more jewelry combining these colors cause they look great together! Thanks for the lovely comment

So happy you enjoyed this set Eileen and so grateful for the warm praise & observs about the stones, yes the different sizes are lovely here, and I'm crazy for those round bee style earrings
Phil, your compliments here are the creme we la creme to me, my Sherman connoisseur friend! If only I had your photographic talent, your lighting is always perfect and enhances every Sherman beauty, thank you for the fabulous kind words :)
Mary thank you for the fabulous comment, I did not know they were also suffragette colors, a toast to the ladies who helped in women's rights!

Thank you Dawn for the love for my Sherman 'Mardi Gras' set, really appreciate it & love this color combo
So lovely. This colour combination is exquisite. Beautiful design too. Wow!
Thanks rhineisfine & Dawn for the love for this Sherman set, very glad you liked it & appreciate the kind consideration
rhineisfine thank you so much for the great praise for this set, I agree the colors are a beautiful combo - green & purple is always lovely, but Sherman's addition of the grey makes it more elegant and very special
The use of the grey stones I always look to see. I remember someone was selling a bracelet I believe and they thought the grey stones were purple, could not convince otherwise but always a blockhead in the mix of sellers. I especially love the ones with deep purple. Not to be outdone, love the earrings with the dogteeth work also !~
Thanks Searching & Phil for the love and super comment, I am so grateful for both & thrilled that you liked this Sherman set
Phil you're so right, this color combination by Sherman was truly fabulous, the grey is a great enhancement to the green and olive, makes for a very festive set at Mardi Gras time! If ever the health scourge lifts, my husband & I will happily go back to entertaining friends for a Brazilian Night during Feb-Mar Carnaval season, when this beautiful Sherman set gets the chance to shine :)
I meant deep purple & olive, sorry, rather early a.m. here
A lot of sellers are actually using olive now when referring to the green stones. I am sure Sherman himself did not use those terms as he knew that you have to use the language of the period that you're in. Then I corrected a seller who I buy a lot from their finds, when she called the green colour Ovaltine. I said Sherman never named a colour over something you might use for upset stomach/diarreah !
Thank you raven for the love of this Sherman 'Mardi Gras' colored set, it is very nice of you & greatly appreciated
Ovaltine for olivine, that is hysterical Phil, the lady is really in the dark about rhinestone colors!! You're right, at the time the correct term was probably just green or dark green :)
Thank you Daisy for the love for this colorful Sherman set, it is always very much appreciated & kind of you
Thank you Dawn for the love of this Sherman set, I really appreciate it & this is one of my favorites by Sherman
