I would welcome any information about this clock. It was found with antique books collections and furniture dated 1850-1908 so I assume this is during that timeframe as well. Thank you

Hello Noble.
Welcome to Collectors Weekly. What you have is generally called a "Triple Decker Clock" for obvious reasons. I think that your time-frame is probably accurate. It looks like your clock may have an early brass movement. I've never heard of P. Martin of Philadelphia before and can find nothing about the business on the Internet. Hope that helps a little. Do Internet searches on Triple Decker Clocks to find more information related to your clock. There are some very knowledgeable collectors of these early American Clocks who frequent this website so hopefully, one or more of them will see your posting and weigh in with more information for you. It might be helpful if you replaced your 2nd photo with a picture of the entire clock case from top to bottom.
Again, welcome!
Bruce
