More from the mother in law's junk drawer. First one with the red crank handle is marked, "goodcook" on the red plastic knob. No patent markings and no made in markings. Any ideas? Second one is a Vaughan's Tap Boy bar tool from 1953 according to the patent number.
Maybe from the 60's, it is a gem if it still works.
PhilDMorris It has never been used. I just never happened to see one nor heard of goodcook.
I was thinking the 'goodcook' one looked contemporary...?

Not your TapBoy though -- does it also have a corkscrew that folds into its handle? I wanna say we had one like it (but in green, with the corkscrew) in the kitchen drawer the whole time I was growing up... ;-) :-)
AnythingObscure yes this has the fold in cork screw. I hadn't paid attention to that until I looked at the patent drawing.
