I was going through my old post cards today and found these two oddballs. On the front there are two images the same except one is upside down. The reverse side is the same on both so I only post one image of the back. I wonder if these were misprints or if they were done this way intentionally? If this is intentional then is there a special name for them? I also wonder the era they were made? I know they can be dated from the design of the back but seem to have lost the link to my research site.
Any input, positive or negative is appreciated.

I was able to locate the diamond defender logo today which was used from 1910 to 1920. So I have a pretty firm period of time to date it.
