I am just trying to find out a little bit about this style of chair. I have a pair that I thrifted years ago and now want to paint and recover. There are no markings on either one and the lady I got them from had no idea as they were left behind in one of her rental properties. My mom thinks it's a travesty so I figured I would post here and see what I can find out before I 'destroy' them lol - Hope someone here can put my mother's mind to rest. Thanks :)

It looks like a Vanity Chair?? But you got 2 of them?

There was actually a third one which was similar to a tub chair, same fabric and design on casters! I don't know what to make of them
. I just like the shape. I was going to refinish and use them as Bride & Groom chairs but had a destination wedding so now I am trying to fit them in to my decor...the mystery continues

It has some similarities to a certain style but with its markings this chair is not of a one style. It appears to be a chair that was made by a certain maker who put his own take 0n style !~
