My wife started collecting antiques and that has turned into me collecting lamps from days gone bye. But a lot less work in them than sanding painting and staining plus if electrical goes out we have plenty of light.
Will you post close ups of the green one on the left? I'm interested in how it works....I don't see the usual kind of wick.
The middle one with the glass shade is especially pretty!
This is great, I am also developing an interest in antique lamps, and have discovered that these lamps have been made all along the 20th century as well.
I just got one that is a recent reproduction from 1995 or so, sold as a practical alternative for electric lighting or loss of it. They are just charming I think. Thanks for posting.
That middle caramel glass one is a stunner.
