Unnamed Pen Brooch

I have few brooches that I am researching to find out if they are vintage. Unfortunately, it seems like most of what I found when I went thrifting has no signaturess on it. Here is one of them. I have no idea what to call it except "Pen Brooch". Any idea is always welcome.
