Can anyone help me identify what this is?
It is metal and has a measurement of 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8 stamped in the main bar. We thought it was some type of paper fastener or binder clip but unsure how it would work. Maybe it is missing some part and that is why I cannot work out what it is.
    Hope you can help me.

Well bb2, at least we can all probably be pretty certain it *isn't* a 'saw-set'...??

Is it sharp? Lots of different sizes there. Maybe used for circumcisions??
