I like these old decal decorated plates! :^D A lot of times these plates were sold as Blanks, to a company that would decorate them, with Scenes, Advertising Calendars, or famous People or Places, and then sold to the Distributor, so are hard to track down, but I think with mark on the bottom, it can be dated, probably 1890's-1920's. I hope this helps! Thanks for posting! :^)
Yours is dated 1870-1918! :^)
How about this at Replacements:

Just like the one billretirecoll posted from replacements.com, they are decorative display items, and are not part of a set of dinner china, so won't really have a specific pattern.
RS Prussia is top quality bone china. Your piece was made and decorated by RSP and is an original.
There are standard mold patterns and standard decoration patterns. Collectors often focus on a mold pattern or a particular decoration.
While fragile in appearance they were made to be used and do come in "sets"-- some that I have seen/ own are berry bowls with a large serving bowl and smaller individual bowls, chocolate pots with cups, tea pots with sugar/ cream and cups....

There is a lot of information online, RSP collector groups, and many books.
I collected heavily about 20- 30 years ago. Prices have come down dramatically since those years.
