Tips: how to find quality antiques, go to someone who doesn't know what they are doing.
Most of it looks like modern created collectibles.
When you have the chance post some of the better, antique coke items individually.
scott
thanks for the tip Scott, I will definitely do that and none of these are modern.
I have some of the Georgia Bulldog Coke bottles like in photo #3. From 1981, I think. I'm not a Coke collector so didn't know I had something special. :-)
SO Watchsearcher, the bottle your talking about is, in fact, a duplicate of the one in the picture and though it has value it doesn't have much over 20$
Get yourself a copy of Petretti's Coca Cola collecting #12 edition, it will definitely help you with putting values on items!
Cheers
Bern
Thanks, Bern, I will definitely look forward to buying that manual. Thanks again for the recommendation.
In Picture #1, is that a toy Coke dispenser?
We had one as children which held a real bottle of Coke; when you activated a handle on the front, the machine would pour some Coke into tiny plastic glasses that had the iconic Coke glass shape. I think the toy came along in the 60s.
Yes, indeed it is, It did use to work but, with the hinges being old, and the dirt and rust on it, and the fact that I could never find the right cartridge might probably render this thing useless, but it is still cool and collectible!
I don't recall any type cartridge. We put an actual bottle of Coke inside it, as I recall.
