I believe that these are most likely Welz. I base that on décor but even then there are slight differences from other examples in these colours. All in all these are going to have to stay on the Bohemian side of the fence, unless anyone has this spatter on a Welz shape.......

Although it is certainly not a "for sure sign", that slate blue color is unusual, and seen on a couple of other décors. This looks like a red/white variegated décor with the blue added. Interesting find.

Thank you, welzebub. Previously I'd been looking for red/blue spatter but now that you suggest red/white variegated, with slate blue on top, I think you have it. I have two pieces with those slate blue spots, but over different spatters.
