I am trying to determine the age and value of this piece. The mirror was missing, but it is a swivel frame and appears to be handmade. The casters are wooded with iron and is not in great shape as far as the finish. No other damage and also wondering the best way to restore to keep the value. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
