Antique sewing machine.

This is a better picture I found online of the exact antique "Amazon" sewing machine we have owned for years. The face plate is missing but we have a small box with lots of accessories, as well as the wooden dome "bread box" cover. The word "Amazon" is barely visible on both the machine and the dome cover.
We cannot find any information on this machine at all, i. e. which company manufactured it, when, etc.
The serial number is mostly visible and appears to be 201297X, the last digit being probably a 9. There does not seem to be a manufacturer label anywhere, and on the underside of the metal base the letter "B" is stamped.
We would appreciate any information at all on this machine.
