Beautiful Steuben blue aurene trumpet vase with folded rim. 8 inches high.
NOTE : the seller called this vase a "Durand Blue Aurene Vase" which it is not.
The seller made the mistake made by many who think the word aurene means iridescent glass.
The word "aurene" was coined by F. Carder to refer to his iridescent glass.
Therefore the word "aurene" can only correctly be used with Steuben glass.
