    I found this photo in a box lot....the background indicates pre-levee days (before the 1940s). Can anyone add anything to the history of the the "Wilkes-Barré Playgrounds Harmonica Band"?

    The photographer's name is imprinted on the lower right corner...all that I can decipher is "Frank? _ _ _ _ Jr."
