Enameled Baccarat Opaline Vase with Roses

My newest Baccarat vase is a lovely cloudy gray, and features a spray of white and pale pink roses in the Japonisme style. It is thick opaque opaline glass, and is enameled over the entire surface of the vase. It stands 10.25" (26cm) tall, and as with all of my other Baccarat vases, it is quite a heavy piece. I have seen this same spray of roses on gray on another Baccarat vase, in their classic oval form, and it is interesting to me how different the effect is, just based on the shape of the vase. This vase dates to about 1880.
