Came across it and don't know much about it. can't find nothing other than it's from the Devoe & Raymands I read about when they became partners and didn't find anything about cork bottle. I was wondering when this bottle was made and what it was for?
Looks like it's from 1852-1870's while they were partner's in business. They made paint products and I would guess that it contained a pastel paint or coloring. Artists have mentioned finding antique pastel paint kits with the name on them. Just my guessing....
I'd go with 'paint' of some sort too...?
