      The unknown customer in the photo is my grandfather, John Wallace. He and his family lived on Page St a few blocks from “Straubees”. John Wallace and my father, Bob Wallace, would take us to Straubs on Saturday afternoon for a Squirt and let my sister and I sit at the bar!
