Two "Tango" style vases - same shape, different size and color. Looking at these vases, it is easy to imagine the dance that inspired the appellation Tango.
The red (with black rim edge) vase stands 10" (25.4 cm) tall and flares to almost 6" (15 cm) at the rim. The yellow (also with black bead) vase stands 7¾" (19.6 cm) with a width of a little over 5" (13 cm). The bi-lobe rims are flared out in two directions and pulled up in the other two. The undersides both have a ground pontil scar and straight-line acid-stamp "Czechoslovakia" provenance mark.
An argument for Kralik attribution of both this shape and this mark can be read here... https://sites.google.com/site/loetzandglass/kralik-6--straight-mark
