    Old hand forge hewy hatchet. Anyone reconize maker's mark? There is an Arm and Hammer with some letters of makers name.

      Collins used a crown, arm and hammer similar to this. I don't see the crown in your image. It nonetheless could be a Collins as I am not familiar with all their marks. They went into business early 1800's and have used oodles of marks on their axes. I am sure there are archives online you can look through for their trademarks and logo's.
