Surprise surprise...yes, a little 'road sign' made it onto this wall as well. [besides my backyard fence, bedroom walls, and other places around my house where probably ~75 other of my favorite assorted authentic vintage road signs help 'decorate' the place... <LOL>]

This one measures 8" x 18", (thusly kinda qualifying as a "small", in comparison to most of the others anyway?) made of heavy gauge aluminum with a reflective green/white layer of 'sheeting' on its front to provide its legend. I am not certain by any means, but believe it might have once marked 'mile #15' on US Highway 62 in NW Ark., up in the corner of OurFairState near the OK/MO state lines. I'm also unsure of its exact age, but guessing 1970's-ish due to its square-cornered shape and general 'weathering'.
Are you off nicking signs off the highways again ? I thought I talked to you about that ? LOL !!
THANKS SO MUCH to blunderbuss2 & Brunswick for your comments, also to vetraio50, yougottahavestuff, fortapache & Brunswick for your <love it>s!!!
Don't worry bb2, it was obtained perfectly legally, from a local scrapyard after being officially 'retired' by whatever agency first posted it wherever that really was... <lolol>
:-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
Yes, all *completely legally obtained* keramikos. :-) :-) :-) I too rely on traffic signals/signs on a kinda way too frequent basis, thus I suppose my also sorta lifelong fascination with 'em. ;-)
Here's my 'backyard fence sign display' as shown here if you haven't ever run across it, as a little more explained there the long story short is that I ended up 'buying' a couple pickup loads worth of officially retired signs from a local scrapyard several yrs ago. [and the 'details' of that deal needn't be revisited here... ;-) ]

Besides those and this little mile marker, there's probably ~50 more of my most favorites currently hanging around somewhere inside my house. I should clean up/get some pics of the bedrm walls, there's ~30 in there plus several operating traffic *lights*, one or three other of my favorite/oldest signs have already also got their own 'solo showings' here on CW. :-)
I haven't seen any mi/km markers here. The more I look, - the more they aren't there. Of course, it's only about an hour ride around the Rock, and that includes 2 beer stops. Kind of hard to get lost, unless on a brownie. LOL
<LOL> @ bb2, once more! :-) :-) :-) I have two other (and newer) m/m signs in the collection too, but this one's definitely the oldest.
MORE THANKS ALSO TO ho2cultcha, mikelv85, & iggy for the <love it>s!

Hey Anything ! Ease off ! I'm at an impressionable age. LOL !!
/me just imagining you riding your bike around your "rock" for a moment (between beer stops, that is, brownies or not...??) in circles...do 'ya usually turn 'right', or 'left'...??
<LOLOL> THANKS, my friend!!! :-) :-) :-) :-) :-)
We alternate between clock-wise & counter clock-wise to prevent dizzyness. LOL ! Brownies eliminate having to decide.

[of course up here in the 'mainland USA' most people call such activities "NASCAR", and the vehicles involved are rather different but the 'going around in circles' part is the same, I think...??]
I have been known to leave the tarmac.
