      Hi,

A very pretty bowl, very pretty indeed!

Looks like a fairly new bowl. No chips, no loss of paint(?) round the top from handling too much. The pottery is very white and I don't see any crazing (but I do need new glasses).

I really love the graceful pattern inside the bowl.

There is a tiny chip on one of the top corners . The feel of it is what struck me, it just seems different from any other.

It has the look of a modern Japanese decorative piece of porcelain. Good quality, that brown rim is one of their decor choices, and the shape is octagonal, with a version of the Buddhist dragon which floats between the cloudy sky and waves of the ocean is a traditional subject, but designed with a new twist inside the dish. I really like this. Thanks for posting.
