HELP!! Can anyone help me identify this bear?? He is approximately 29" tall. His arms and legs are held together by rods and they move. His head is not jointed. His eyes are black and red glass. He has a squeaker/growl box that still works. Appears to be stuffed with straw. He doesn't have a center seam, but the back of his head has a v-shaped seam. Any help would be very appreciated. Thank you in advance!!

Your bear is what is known as a German carnival bear or also called a German rod bear. The fur was made out of artificial silk plush. He was made during WWII or just after WWII when mohair and felt was in short supply due to the war.
