Antique Teddy Bear

HELP! I need help identifying this bear. He is brown in color and is approximately 19" tall. His head, legs and arms move. His eyes are glass (appear to be orange and black in color when held in the light. He has a center seam. He has a non-working squeaker box. He has a leather collar and leash that he was wearing when I purchased him. He is also wearing a 1912 "I own a Liberty Bond" button that was also on the bear when I purchased him.
