I recently found another example of a Riedel perfume bottle, this time in an matte opaque white glass with enameled blue and pink flowers. It is uv reactive, but not as much as my other Riedel perfume, seen in the second image on the right. (My CW post on that bottle can be seen here: https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/258460-tiny-riedel-glass-perfume-c-1890?in=user). This bottle is not marked, but the shape is distinctive as it was used quite often by Riedel. It is just a little bit taller than my other bottle, measuring 3-1/2" (8.9cm) high. I would guess that this bottle dates to about 1900.
Wonderful.
Thank you, Ales! :)
They are exquisite, Michelle, with such fine enamelling.
Thanks so much, Peggy! I am so glad you like them. I like collecting little vases like these, because I can display them all together on a small shelf. I think of them as my little jewels! :)
So!! pretty...:-)
Thank you, inky! I am glad you think so! :)
