This is a Mid-East blunderbuss pistol. Maybe Turkish. It actually appears that it may really be antique. There were many souvenir replicas being made as early as the early 1900's. Without a hands-on examination, it is hard to tell. Use a magnifying glass & see if you can tell if the barrel has a seam down it.
Looked and can't see any seams?
That's a good sign. Ask in a gun shop about a collector of antique guns to examine it. I never collected Mid-East or Oriental guns & just have a basic knowledge of them. I would be able to tell if it is a real functional antique, but it would take a hands-on examination. Bon chance.
add another picture of the stamping on the trigger part....we need a close up ..
It shows no ramrod grove or ramrod. That points toward non-functional to me.
Ya I want to say tourist gun ..?
