Micromatic Products Bicycle Floor Pump

I'm hoping some of you can help me with more information on the company that made this bicycle floor pump and possibly date it. I've searched the web and found nothing with the exception of another style all Aluminum version floor pump made by the same company.

Stamped on the bottom of the pump "Micromatic Products, Los Angeles, USA" and on the top of the main cylinder "Swivel Action Folding Pump Patent Pend"

One main feature is the swivel/ fold down handle which is cast aluminum. The foot is also cast aluminum. The tube is steel on this particular model.

I've already started to restore it and get it back into working condition, but I'd sure like to know more about the company that made it and hopefully to date it if possible.

Any help in this area would certainly be appreciated.
